A simple recipe for vegan sunflower paste with cucumber and dill




Vegan sunflower paste is an easy-to-prepare paste that will diversify many breakfasts. The recipe is minimal, sunflower seeds and lemon are enough to prepare it. You can use it salty or sweet. I'll show you a basic recipe, to which you can add fresh vegetables or cinnamon, and a recipe for sunflower paste with cucumber and dill.







Sunflower paste (basic recipe):



Ingredients:

½ cup of sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)

3 tablespoons of water

Half a lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste



How to make it:



1. Pour a glass of sunflower seeds with water and leave it overnight. 
2. In a blender vessel, mix all ingredients. 
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper 
4. Finished! 🙂





Sunflower paste with cucumber and dill

Ingredients:



1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)

Half a lemon juice

A spoonful of water

A tablespoon of oil

2 pickles

2 tablespoons of dill

Salt and pepper to taste



How to make it:



1. Pour a glass of sunflower seeds with water and leave it overnight 
2. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces 
3. In a blender vessel, mix the sunflower seeds with lemon juice, water, oil and cucumbers 
4. Add the dill and mix 
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper 
6. Finished! 🙂 


It's best to eat the paste within two days and store it in a refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
