The most ecological decorations are those bought in previous years! And if you are bored, you can remake  them or make new decorations, e.g. from paper.

Pumpkin lantern

Preparing a pumpkin lantern is a lot of fun! It is best to choose pumpkins from the market or a local greengrocer for this, and put a soy candle inside, which does not release harmful substances into the air.  

PS.: You can bake pumpkin seeds in the oven and make them a snack for a party. ;)
