Cosmetics Cafe Mimi noticed some time
ago at drugsotre. They attracted my attention with interesting packaging and
assurances from the producer. The products of this company are 95% natural, aren’t
tested on animals and have packaging obtained in an ethical way, which after
use can be taken for recycling (they are made of HDPE plastic). Today, I will
tell you what I think about a few shampoos, shower gels and hair treatments
from this company.

What the producer says:
Vitamin shower gel for the skin - gently cleanses
the skin. It contains extracts of blackcurrant and cranberry, which have a
great property of regenerating dry and excessively flaky skin. They actively
moisturize, thanks to a high content of antioxidants and vitamins, it prevents
premature aging of the skin and loss of moisture, increases skin tension,
making it elastic and well-groomed.

My opinion:
Shower gel vitamin for the skin has a
wonderful fruity smell. A morning shower with this gel is just a pleasure. The
gel has a high composition of fruit extracts, a mild detergent and a strong
detergent (SLS). Usually I don’t use SLS soaps, but here this ingredient is not
one of the first, which doesn’t dry my skin.
The packaging of this gel is very
interesting and original. It is practical and it would certainly be convenient
to go. It is easy to get a product out of it, weighs less and takes up much
less space than a typical bottle. Its capacity is 100ml, so you can take it to
the plane.

My opinion:
This gel-shampoo has a fresh, masculine
scent. It foams well and cleans hair as well as the body.
It has a slightly shorter composition, but
it also contains extracts and vitamins, and the washing ingredients have a
similar order.
The packaging differs only in color, in
other respects it is identical to the previous gel and works equally well. It
has the same capacity of 100 ml.

My opinion:
The shampoo has a pleasant smell and is
efficient.
Its composition includes SLS, it isn’t at the
beginning of the composition, and before it there is Cocamidopropyl Betaine. I
don’t mind SLS in the composition, it doesn’t sensitize and irritate my skin. I
usually choose Alterra shampoos, which have a fairly strong detergent -
Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate and they don’t harm me. However, I think that for
people with a sensitive scalp, this shampoo can be drying or irritating on the
skin.
The shampoo thoroughly cleanses the scalp
and keeps it fresh for a long time. Usually, I wash my hair every 2-3 days and
after using this shampoo I can calmly wash it after 3 days.
I didn’t notice that after using this
shampoo my hair was growing faster or it was strengthened, but such promises
are expected from masks or hair conditioners, not shampoos, which I quickly
wash off my head.
The packaging of this shampoo is larger -
250 ml. Unfortunately, it isn’t so easy to use anymore. It’s made of a flexible
material that bends and makes it difficult to put shampoo on the palm. I definitely
prefer smaller cosmetics in this type of packaging, they are much easier to
use.

My opinion:
This shampoo I liked more than the previous
one. It has much better packaging and a beautiful fruity fragrance. It’s
equally efficient and foaming well. In its ingredients you will also find SLS, but a
bit lower in composition. This shampoo thoroughly cleanses the hair and adds
volume.
Unfortunately, it don’t nourish my hair and
after using it I put on conditioner, but I haven’t met the shampoo after which
I would have easy to comb, smooth hair.
The shampoo packaging is the same as with
gels and its content is 100 ml.

My opinion:
My hair is more waved than curly, but
usually products for curly hair work well on them. However, this mask is probably
more suitable for very curly hair. It doesn’t work badly, but it has a lot of
oils. My hair was straightened and slightly flapped after using it.
The mask is not my favorite, in turn the
hair serum is great. It Super prolongs hair freshness! It has a cool
composition full of extracts, I would gladly bought a large pack of serum and
saw whether with regular use accelerates hair growth and nourishing hair roots.
