Today I would like to tell you about the French company Avril, and more specifically about their organic eyeshadows. Avril is a company that produces natural cosmetics for make-up of good quality at affordable prices. Fortunately, their products aren’t hard to find online, you can easily find them on websites thet selling natural cosmetics.

Shadows have a simple plastic packaging with a transparent closure through which you can see their color. It's durable and protects shadows well from breaking.

My opinion:
The two shades I bought are shiny and one is matte.
I have no objections to shiny shades. The manufacturer suggests using them wet to achieve an intense effect and I agree with it perfectly. Eyeshadows applied with a finger or a wet brush are good pigmented and beautifully shining. You will achieve a similar effect by applying them to the eyeshadow base. When applied with a dry brush, they aren’t very intense and subtly glisten. Shadows stay on the eyelids all day and don’t fall off.

| Avril Or Venitien |
The shadow Or Venitien is a beautiful gold shade that blends well with other shadows.

| Avril Volcan |
Volcan is a gray shiny shadow that blends well. I usually apply it wet as an eyeliner and it does a very good job in this role.

| Avril Bleu de Minuit Mat |
Unfortunately, the matte shade (Bleu de Minuit Mat) isn’t so good.
Applied to the base, there is no bad pigmentation, but it blends badly and falls off sharply. Usually it gets stains or disappears completely from the eye. The only way I can use it is to mix it with duraline and make eyeliner out of it.
I regret that this shadow was a failure. Other matte shadows have positive feedback, so maybe I'll try brown shades.
