Neauty Minerals mineral foundations - Not tested on animals and vegan

  Some time ago I discovered mineral powder from AA Wings of Color (you can read about it here) and have been using it ever since. The foundation is really good and I became interested in mineral cosmetics. Recently, I found a Polish company that doesn't test on the animals - Neauty Minerals and decided to check their foundations and brightening powder.   Neauty Minerals has a huge selection of cosmetics, but not all of them are vegan. 

Cover and matting foundations are vegan and have a very large color range. 

Only brightening powder has a vegan ingredients, matting and cover foundations contains silk. 

I chose for the tests, a mineral foundation with neutral pale shade, brightening powder and matting primer in a neutral dark shade, which I bought with the intention of using as a bronzer. 

I bought all the cosmetics in the sample size and received them in small stringed bags. 

The cost of one foundation or powder sample is PLN 3.90 per 0.5g. I added jars with a 1g strainer to my order. The price of one jar is PLN 3.40. 

Cover Foundation Neutral Pale 

What the producer says: 

Neutral shade with peach tones, ideal for very light skin. 

The foundation provides the effect of a fresh, natural-looking complexion. Depending on the number of layers used, it allows to obtain from medium to full coverage. 

Ingredients: 

Mica, CI 77891, Zinc Oxide, Zinc Stearate, Avena Sativa Meal Extract, CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499 

Mica - a natural pigment 

Zinc Oxide - regulates the secretion of sebum, increases opacity and matting of the complexion

Zinc Stearate - increases adhesion, gives the product a creamy consistency)

Avena Sativa Meal Extract - Extract from oat seeds (very mild, has anti-allergic properties, strengthens the skin) 

CI 77891, CI 77492, CI 77491, CI 77499 - pigments 

As you can see the composition of the foundation is very simple, all the ingredients are natural. In addition to the standard ingredients, the foundation also contains oat extract, which has a soothing and caring effect. 

For a lot of shades of the foundation I did not know what color to decide on. I chose the lightest shade with neutral tones because it seemed to me quite universal. 

It turned out that this color is a shot in 10! 

It is very bright and naturally looks on my skin. 

The foundation has good coverage, which can be built by adding layers. I put it on a slightly sticky cream with a Kabuki brush and it lasted until the end of the day. I was afraid that the foundation would look very dull, but it actually provides the effect of a natural, fresh-looking complexion. He did not dry my complexion, but I do not recommend applying it to the skin around the eyes, which is very delicate and easy to dry. 

A sample of powder was enough for over a month of everyday use. 

Illuminating Powder 

What the producer says: 

Powder in a neutral color, transparent on the face. 

Powder applied to the whole face, allowing for a radiant, rested skin. It can also be applied topically to underline cheekbones or eye make-up to illuminate the inner corner or brow arch. 

Ingredients: 

Mica, Titanium Dioxide, C.I. 77492, C.I. 77491, C.I. 77499 

Mica - a natural pigment 

Titanium dioxide - (mineral filter, protects the skin against UVA and UVB radiation) 

CI 77492, CI 77491, CI 77499 - pigments 

The composition of the powder is even simpler than the composition of the foundation. It contains only pigments and a mineral filter. 

I was a little afraid of this brightening powder. I thought it would have visible particles, but it turned out that if you use it in moderation it looks very natural. It is very bright, so I do not know if it works for people with darker complexions, but you can always try to use it to lighten the skin under the eyes. I usually used it under my eyes, and sometimes I put it on my entire complexion. Powder did not dry the skin under the eyes, and when used on the whole face it gave a beautiful glow effect. 

I did not use this powder as a highlighter, because it gave a very subtle, almost invisible effect, and I prefer a little stronger illumination. 

Matte Foundation Neutral Dark 

What the producer says: 

Neutral shade with peach tones, perfect for dark complexion. 

The foundation provides a long-lasting matte face effect. Depending on the number of layers applied, it enables light to medium coverage. Perfectly evens skin tone and allows you to hide minor imperfections.

Ingredients: 

Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Boron nitride +/- C.I. 77492, C.I. 77499, C.I. 77491 

Mica - a natural pigment 

Titanium dioxide - (mineral filter, protects the skin against UVA and UVB radiation) 

Zinc Oxide - zinc oxide (regulates the secretion of sebum, increases opacity and matting of the complexion) 

 Boron Nitride - Absorbs sebum and matte skin

CI 77492, CI 77491, CI 77499 - pigments 

The composition of this foundation is also very simple, it contains a mineral filter and components responsible for maintaining the matted skin. 

I bought this foundation with the thought of using it as a bronzer. I think that for this purpose only suitable for very pale people. When I was pale he was doing quite well, but when I was tanning I almost could not see it. Next time I will buy a bronzer from this company.

Of all the cosmetics that I tested, I liked the foundation the most. We are also happy to test other cosmetics from Neauty Minerals. And in the near future I would like to try cosmetics from Annabelle Minerals.
