An easy recipe for oat milk – 3 ingredients |
Today I want to share the recipe for oat milk with you.
I know that there are quite a few types of plant milk, among others soy or rice, nevertheless I stated that I would mention it. Why?
Because it is my favorite and it’s quick to prepare (about 2-5 min). It’s also very tasty with coffee, cereal or just for drinking 😉, but moreover it has a high content of vitamin C (per 100 g is 40mg ).
What will you need? (for 400ml):
- 3 tbsp of oatmeal
- ½ liter of water
- ½ tsp of sugar or agave syrup (or another sweetener)
Preparation :
Well, it is rather simple and doesn’t require a greater philosophy 😃
Pour oatmeal and pour water into the blender cup, add sugar (or another sweetener that we prefer) to it.
Then put a gauze or strainer on the dish in which you want to keep milk (e.g. Glass bottle).
Then pour the milk from the cup into our dish and close it.
And it’s ready 😉
Just remember to shake before each use! 😀
Oat milk can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
